Registration


Please note:

Current preschool students will automatically be re-enrolled for the next school year according to their appropriate age and grade designation. Only the seats that need to be filled will be chosen from the lottery all remaining registrations will be waitlisted for future consideration.

Preschool Registration

Children entering Preschool must be three years old on or before October 1, 2025, and will start upon their 3rd birthday.

Registration Process
  1. Complete the Online Pre-Registration 
  2. Please print and complete the Preschool/Kindergarten Packet  prior to In-Person Registration. This packet can be completed and printed.

Please ensure you have completed the online pre-registration and packet prior to the in-person registration. 

Other information required for registration:

1. Original Birth Certificate

2. Proof of Residency -  You must provide 2 proofs of residency.  Please scroll down to the Proof of Residency section for more detailed information.

3. Current Vaccination Record - The nurse will review current immunizations.  If immunization boosters are needed, you will be informed at this time.

4. Physical Exam Report - Physical examinations performed after the child’s most recent (3 or 4 years) birthday and within 365 days preceding the first day of school are required.
 

 

YOU MUST ATTEND THE IN-PERSON REGISTRATION TO BE INCLUDED IN THE LOTTERY

In-person registration will be held at Haviland Avenue School in the Cafeteria on:

Monday, February 10, 2025
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Students without completed registration documentation will not be included in the lottery and will be automatically waitlisted for future consideration.

March 3, 2025 - Acceptance Letters will be mailed the week of March 3, 2025. -All in-person registration attendees will receive a letter to indicate placement or waitlist status.

April 11, 2025—Preschool Parent Orientation—All newly registered and accepted preschool parents are invited to attend an orientation session to learn more about our preschool and program and what to expect next.

May 5 & 6, 2025 – Preschool students will be scheduled for the Speed DIAL screening. This screening tool and in-person meeting will help us when scheduling students for the upcoming school year. Please, contact our school nurse, Mrs. Kelley Stenton, with any questions, at (856) 617 - 0918.

 


Kindergarten Registration

 

Pre-Registration for children entering Kindergarten in the Audubon Public School District for the 2025-2026 school year is now open.

  • Children entering Kindergarten must be five years old on or before October 1, 2025.
  • Parents/Guardians of students must complete BOTH Online Pre-Registration and In-Person Registration.
  • Pre-Registration is the first step to enrolling your child in kindergarten.

In-Person Registration will be held at Haviland Avenue School in the Library on:

Grade 1 to Grade 12 Registration

To register for Grade 1 to Grade 12, please follow the process below.

Kindergarten Registration Process

  1. Complete Online Pre-Registration
  2. Complete the Registration Packets below:
    1. Grades 1 - 5 Packet
    2. Grades 6 - 12 Packet
  3. Set up an appointment (by phone or email) with the registrar to complete the registration process. Please ensure that you have completed the Online Pre-Registration and have the completed Registration Forms when you meet with the registrar. Kindergarten students registered at in-person Pre-Registration in April do make have to make an additional appointment.

Please view the Registration Requirements below to ensure an efficient registration process for the student.

To complete the Registration Process, the new student MUST be accompanied by Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) during the registration unless:

  • The student is not living with a parent or guardian, then he/she must establish proof of residence in the borough and present appropriate domicile papers.
  • The student is eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  • The student is an emancipated minor.
