2021-2022 School Climate Survey Overview

"The establishment and maintenance of a positive school climates and cultures, as is the case with other school improvement efforts, require reliable data from which to identify strengths and concerns and draw actionable conclusions (NJDOE School Climate Survey Website).” The Audubon Public School District blended the New Jersey School Climate Survey (NJSCS) and questions from Character.org, and open-ended questions in order to collect and analyze objective information from three school populations (students, staff, and parents). Character.org identifies and recognizes National Schools of Character. The collected data will be used to reinforce positive conditions and address vulnerabilities in local conditions for learning. This is one in several steps to support local school climate and culture improvement activities.
